After a forced break, art and artists start to invade cities and museums again with exhibitions and cultural events. The same goes for me: I have been invited to show my works in a wonderful exhibition, which has an emblematic meaning for this time, the title is \u201cRenaissance 2.0. 2.0<\/strong>\u201d and this time it will be in Italy: in Rome!<\/p>\n

Dopo una pausa forzata l\u2019arte e gli artisti ricominciano a invadere citt\u00e0 e musei con mostre ed iniziative culturali. Lo stesso vale per me: sono stata invitata ad esporre le mie opere in una stupenda mostra dal significato emblematico per questo periodo il cui titolo \u00e8 \u201cRenaissance 2.0. 2.0<\/strong>\u201d e questa volta sar\u00e0 in Italia, a Roma.<\/span><\/p>\n

The exhibition, curated by Breezy Art, an international gallery managed entirely by Eleonora Brizi,<\/strong> involves artists who use technology in their works, augmented and virtual reality, and any type of digital art, including crypto art. Among these, I will have the honor of exhibiting along with Ai Wei Wei<\/strong>, Sofia Crespo, Richard Garet, Jason Yung, Hackatao.<\/p>\n

La mostra, curata da Breezy Art, una galleria internazionale gestita interamente da Eleonora Brizi,<\/strong> coinvolge artisti che utilizzano la tecnologia nelle loro opere, la realt\u00e0 aumentata e virtuale, e qualsiasi tipo di arte digitale, inclusa la crypto arte. Tra questi avr\u00f2 l’onore di esporre insieme ad Ai Wei Wei<\/strong>, Sofia Crespo, Richard Garet, Jason Yung, Hackatao.<\/span><\/p>\n

Another important partner in this adventure is my representing gallery in Rome, Emmeotto Arte<\/strong>, which houses my works during the year and takes care of my events in the capital.<\/p>\n

“Renaissance 2.0. 2.0” talks about the Renaissance seen as a rebirth after a dark period<\/strong>. All the artists invited to exhibit will talk about their most intimate fears, about quarantine and isolation, but also about their hopes for the future and a better tomorrow for humanity.<\/p>\n

“Renaissance 2.0. 2.0” racconta del Rinascimento inteso come rinascita dopo un periodo buio<\/strong>. Tutti gli artisti chiamati ad esporre hanno raccontato delle loro paure pi\u00f9 intime, della quarantena e dell\u2019isolamento ma anche delle speranze verso il futuro e verso una condizione umana migliore.<\/span><\/p>\n

My quarantine was truly special. In the most beautiful sense possible.
\nIn the very first days of restrictions, I experienced the most important step of my life: I became mother for the first time!<\/strong>
\nAs it is obvious and natural for an artist, my works have undergone a radical transformation, and I decided to take advantage of this challenge by Eleonora Brizi to talk about my personal rebirth.<\/p>\n

La mia quarantena \u00e8 stata veramente speciale. Nel senso pi\u00f9 bello possibile.<\/span>
\nProprio nei primi giorni di restrizione ho vissuto il passo pi\u00f9 importante della mia vita: sono diventata madre per la prima volta!<\/strong><\/span>
\nCome \u00e8 ovvio e naturale per un’artista le mie opere hanno subito una radicale trasformazione, e ho deciso di approfittare della sfida di Eleonora Brizi per raccontare questa mia personale rinascita.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In Ancient Greece, giving birth was considered as risky for women as it was for men to go to war<\/strong>. Many died following haemorrhages or very high puerperal fevers. And so, almost as if giving birth and fighting were two parallel forms of heroism, an ancient Spartan law put the women of Sparta who died in childbirth with the heroes who died during the war on the same level. These were the only categories allowed to appear in the funeral inscriptions.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Nell\u2019Antica Grecia partorire era considerato rischioso per le donne come per l\u2019uomo andare in guerra. Molte morivano in seguito ad emorragie o ad altissime febbri puerperali. E cos\u00ec, quasi come se partorire e combattere fossero due forme parallele di eroismo, un\u2019antica legge spartana equiparava le donne di Sparta morte di parto agli eroi caduti in guerra. Erano queste le uniche categorie cui fosse concesso apparire nelle iscrizioni funebri.<\/span><\/p>\n

My works<\/strong> present at the exhibition “Renaissance 2.0. 2.0” want to talk about birth, comparing the macro-cosmos of the Universe<\/strong> in its birth during the Big Bang, to the birth of the micro-cosmos,<\/strong> because that’s what we are towards the Universe: the human micro-cosmos.<\/span><\/p>\n

Le mie opere<\/strong> presenti alla mostra “Renaissance 2.0. 2.0” vogliono parlare di nascita, confrontando il macro-cosmo dell\u2019Universo<\/strong> nella sua nascita durante il Big Bang, alla nascita del micro-cosmo<\/strong>, perch\u00e9 \u00e8 quello che siamo nei confronti dell\u2019Universo: il micro-cosmo umano.<\/span><\/p>\n

The tunnel of the stars, a real star map of which we are part of in our cellular formation, which is confronted with the tunnel of human life and death<\/strong>, the tunnel that many have described in the same way, revisited by the eye of the artist.<\/p>\n

Il tunnel delle stelle, una mappa stellare vera e propria di cui facciamo parte nella nostra formazione cellulare, che si confronta con il tunnel della vita e della morte umana<\/strong>, quel tunnel che in tanti hanno raccontato e descritto allo stesso modo, rivisitato dall\u2019occhio dell\u2019artista.<\/span><\/p>\n

The works are completed by the presence of a song specially created by the musician Sebastian Morlan<\/strong>, who has composed the deafening silence of the infinite universe for this special occasion, awakened by the tolls of light of life. Like the Universe at the beginning of its great Bang, human birth also resonates in the same way with its pains that pierce the silence of the womb\u2019s darkness. A comparison, a profound experience, a great darkness, a great light.<\/p>\n

Le opere sono completate dalla presenza di un brano appositamente creato dal musicista Sebastian Morlan,<\/strong> che ha formulato per questa speciale occasione il silenzio assordante dell\u2019Universo infinito, risvegliato dai rintocchi di luce della vita. Cos\u00ec come per l\u2019Universo agli inizi del suo Grande Bang, anche la nascita umana risuona allo stesso modo con le sue doglie che squarciano il silenzio del buio del ventre. Un confronto, un vissuto profondo, un grande buio, una grande luce.<\/span><\/p>\n
