Just as the philosopher\u2019s stone is able to convert matter, philosophy has the disruptive <strong>power to change the vision of the World<\/strong>, the Universe in which we find ourselves as human beings in relation to reality.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Through this series the human spirit is dealt with and linked once more with the cosmic and microscopic observations in earlier series of Penelope&#8217;s works, because this too leads to a totalising vision, \u00a0that defines humanity\u2019s place in the universe.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Philosophy was born in ancient Greece and it is from there it gets its very name: philosophy means <em><strong>&#8220;love of knowledge\u201d<\/strong><\/em>. It is a field of study par excellence that reflects on the world in in all its expressions, on life on the existence of humanity and on its thought. The foundation of every other doctrine, this field of knowledge asks questions about <strong>the knowledge and experience of the world<\/strong> with the aim of getting those answers that allow people to know themselves better in relationships with other human beings and with the world that surrounds them.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999\">Dopo aver investigato il macro cosmo (il sopra), e poi il micro cosmo (il sotto) Penelope affonda all\u2019interno dell\u2019umanit\u00e0 (dentro), con due serie profondamente umanistiche: quella sulle Religioni, e quella sulla Filosofia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999\">Il titolo di questa serie riprende la cosiddetta <em>\u201cpietra filosofale\u201d<\/em>, la sostanza catalizzatrice <strong>simbolo dell\u2019alchimia<\/strong>, capace di risanare la corruzione della materia. Cos\u00ec come la pietra filosofale \u00e8 capace di tramutare la materia, la filosofia ha il potere dirompente di <strong>cambiare la visione del Mondo<\/strong>, dell\u2019Universo in cui ci troviamo come esseri umani in relazione alla realt\u00e0.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999\">Con questa serie si toccano e si riuniscono lo spirito umano alle osservazioni cosmiche e microscopiche delle serie di opere precedenti di Penelope, in quanto anch\u2019essa riporta a uno sguardo totalizzante, che definisce il posto dell\u2019umanit\u00e0 nell\u2019Universo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999\">La filosofia nasce in antica Grecia, e proprio da l\u00ec nasce il suo nome, che significa <em><strong>\u201camore per il sapere\u201d<\/strong><\/em>. Si tratta del campo di studi per eccellenza che riflette sul Mondo in tutte le sue espressioni, sulla Vita, sull\u2019esistenza dell\u2019essere umano, e sul suo pensiero.
